what is bergamot?
You may know bergamot as the distinctive citrus note in Earl Grey tea. What most people don't know is that this rare fruit — grown almost exclusively along the Calabrian coast of southern Italy — contains a unique spectrum of flavonoids found at concentrations higher than any other citrus, and has been the subject of serious wellness research for decades.
Peridot Pure Bergamot is cold-pressed from 100% certified organic bergamot oranges, then tunnel pasteurized in the sealed bottle to preserve the juice's natural character. Undiluted, unfiltered, and never from concentrate — just the fruit, exactly as it comes from the grove.
