What is bergamot?
You may know bergamot as the distinctive citrus note in Earl Grey tea. What most people don’t know is that this rare fruit, grown mainly along the Calabrian coast of southern Italy, contains a rich mix of natural plant compounds called flavonoids and has attracted growing scientific interest in recent years.
Peridot Pure Bergamot is made from 100% certified organic bergamot oranges, a blend of feminello, fantastico, and castagnaro cultivars, and pasteurized for safety. Undiluted, unfiltered, never from concentrate, with nothing added. Just the pressed fruit.
